    Confused...

    hey guys
i need some help, as many of you know, i did all the suspension on my car this past winter, and ive been pretty pleased except for one thing, my front is as low as it can go, and i still have about a 2-3 finger gap, my rears however, are only about 2/3 as low as they can go, and im nearly tucking tire. i thought letting things "settle" would save my ass, but i dont know anymore, its been a few months theyve been on, and so far no such luck.

    Suspension parts:
    Skunk2 coilovers
    Kyb Agx struts
Energy suspension polyurethane bushing kit (whole front end)

    and some pics:

Rear: (taken when i still had my rims)

    And the front:

its pissing me off, and bumming me out about my cb7, please help!

wait so what tires are those...tire sizes do change wheel gap...you should go buy the fender to center of wheel distance.

hey dude.....did u cut the bump stops? i cut mine to 1/4 of what they used to be. i was riding on skunk2's a long time ago and after cutting the bumpstops i was tucking the front tire. now i am on konis and neuspeed, all thw way down, with 1.5in bumpstop. i hope this helps. 1in bumpstop is the smallest i would use, it prevents damage and major banging.

may be you put them on backwards like the front on the back back on the front

Dude. U have AGX struts. They do raise the front. That's the down size of the AGX. No matter what U do, the front will always be fucked up with the AGX. By the way, U can remove the whole bumpstops (I've been riding like that for 2 years with no problem). Also, to alleviate that jacked up look of the front, reduce the weight in the back of the car. Sorry, U chose the wrong struts in terms of drop look

ok, i didnt cut the bumpstops, so theres problem numero uno, and yeah, i did my research on my struts before i bought them, i wanted function over form, so we'll see what happens when i cut the bumpstops, hopefully thatll at least rid the car of wheel gap, i dont care about tucking tire, but i want it gapless....crossing fingers.

Sorry buddy, if U did Ur research U would not be confused about the current stance of the car and U'll know that the AGX raise the front of the cb.
Don't want to discourage U but, U'll never go gapless with that setup, sorry. That's just the truth.

agx equals drop killer...but I feell your pain. I had the same prob where the front had more gap than the rear but i had smaller tires in front and my rear shock were going out.
