    Tein S-tech's HELP

Alright so as some of you may already know, I recently purchased a set of USED Tein S-tech Springs.. I have heard some different things about these and would like to seperate the fact from fiction with a couple questions...

    1. Can I use my stock shocks/struts with these springs? I saw somewhere that the stock shocks/struts WILL NOT blow with these springs because it is a mild drop.. Is this true?

    2. Other then an alignment, and camber kit what else will I need to install or remove with these?

    3. Will I need any special tools besides a spring compressor to install these?

I am not worried about the install, I just want to make sure that I have everything that is needed before I am to start taking the stock springs off and then realize I need another tool for something else. Any help would be appreciated.. LMK... Thanks in advance.. Later

    You will need

    A breaker bar
    A ratchet
    14, 15, 17 and I believe 19mm sockets
    PB Blaster
Spring compressor and the associated socket to work it
A 17mm wrench to stabilize the damper fork bolt

    Pretty basic stuff.

I just installed my S-Techs not too long ago,

      I recall using a 14mm and 17mm for sure
Torque wrench/breakerbar is greeaatt for this
I didnt even need any pb blaster
on my spring compressor the socket for the tool was a 15/16
You'll need a jack/a friend to help put the rear back together, or atleast most people do.

Oh and I'm on stock shocks and it still rides fine to me

Probably a stupid question but what is a PB Blaster? Later

watch out on the main bottom bolt mainly, they are prone to freezing in place cause of age and the elements. I've seen a lot of guys take an impact to em an twist em in half with out using any PB or other type of penetrator before.
