Anyone know % rate increase for springs?

Hello. Am wondering if any one knows the spring rate increase over stock for any of the following companys. (not coil overs)

Nuespeed
Eibach
Progress
Intrax
Supension Techniques
Gold Line
Tien
Skunk2
Tokico
B/G suspension springs <= i want

Thanks I just read the post about how well cb7 respond to mods and felt like maybe there could have been a better choice in springs.

Why not reduce that list to just a few of the more reputible brands....I havent heard of some of the brands youve listed.

Id go with just the neuspeeds, eibach, tien, tokico and b/g springs

Also I dont know where I heard this but I remember hearing that the neuspeed race springs have an increase of 60% over stock.....Dont quote me on that tho cuz I am definatly not sure if im right or not.

Also your title confused the hell out of me...Try to use full words in titles...It makes it easier to search for later too.

Do what Nail suggested and get it directly from the source.

If you read the handbook thing I hope you consider other suspension components and not just the springs otherwise just stick with stock.

To answer your question:

Spring rates vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

There is no 1 best spring. It depends on what you want to do with your car and what your priorities are.

Personally, my only choice would be Neuspeed Sport, but that is because they have a good compromise between ride comfort and handling.

Spring rates could also be subject to change at any time.

The ONLY accurate way to get that answer is to call the spring manufacturer and ask them.

Well i was asking for the Spring Rates. I found Progress at 60% and BG at 25%. How ever the drop is either a 2-2.5 or a 1.5-1.8 drop. Hmmm damn hard if you ask me i dont think we should drop the ride hieght less than 2. I M H O.
Also I M H O (b18)its fairly easy to talk smack over a keyboard. But when a person twice your size is in your space you do all you can to keep him calm. Just to let you know no i dont want to be flamed and yes if you come to Tejas at a meet talkin smack I'll tell you "You wanna get knocked the fuck out." Just let me know if you ever come down

Also, anything I say here, I will say to your face, so it isn't like I am e-thugging.

Besides, claiming to be twice anyones size is kinda crazy if you don't know their size...

As far as the drop goes, if you want more than 2" then drop it more than 2 inches.

LOL, I know ha? I'm a big dude and people say i look like a very intimidating teddy bear but I have gotten my ass whooped by cats half my size back in HS(it took 3 guys 1/2 my size but they were still small) so I learnt my lesson never under estimate smaller dudes again

I don't think it is so much your size that matters as much as overestimating your advantage.

Getting too cocky, has a way of biting you hard and fast.

I have seen small guys that knew they were tough take on someone bigger because they weren't afraid of anything, and then they go beat senseless in record time.

Personally, I try to avoid fights because I always assume that I am going to get my ass kicked.
