I attempt to buy a new radius rod today but the guy at the parts store didnt know what i was talking about. I did alot of researching on this site and saw that Gloryaccordy had a similar problem, where he used some washer to pull the wheel foward. I got under the car and pulled out the radius rod and noticed that you couldnt tighten any more than a certain amout due to the washer that were there, and also this metal spacer/washer that goes on the bolt under the bushing. I took out the metal thing and cut about a 1/2 inch off, to allow me to tighten it more and squeeze the rubber bushing closer together.
Bolting the radius rod back onto the lower control arm was a bitch but i got it after a while. I got the stabilazer bar pretty close back to being lined up with the lower control arm. I wasnt able to slide in the bushing between them but i still put the bolt (not straight like " l " but like this " / ") to hold them in place.
The wheel still isnt in the correct position but its alot better. There no more rubbing when i turn. I would say it about an inch from being centered.
I got some more rattling noises inside my car but whatever. I think imma drive it around like this until the weather gets better.
Maybe the next step would be to replace the radius rod and front crossmember, who knows
