First off excuse my spelling, its nearly 5:15 am. Anyways...
This is mostly for reference. So theres really no need to post anything unless you have some opinions about the PRODUCT. Not me
The other day i went in to work to buy some lowering springs (I work at a NW dealer for auto parts) for my car. I was tired of the clunkiness of sleeve over type coilovers. So it was either wait for the eibach (which i couldn't) or buy Dropzones or B+G. So i went with the B+G after hearing a few good things from some of my VW buds.
+Pros: The quality is very nice. But what can i say, they're springs not diamonds. I got them for a decent price considering employee discount. ie Original price was $286, i got them for $122. So can't really beat it And suprisingly ride is height is actually perfect, i was expecting 1.6" to be pretty high but its actually touching tire. On stock shocks that is.
-Cons: Spring rate is very low creating a wavy ride. Which is semi OEM quality. But on hard cornering my mudguards are rubbing pretty bad. And there is massive body roll. It may be because of the stock shocks so the review might change after i save up enough for some aftermarket struts such as AGX's or Illuminas.
Conclusion: They're ok. Not the best, but definately not ebay. Would totally not recommend for weekend tracking or umm street/moutain racing which i don't approve of. Great for just the normal daily runs to the grocery and what not.
