Alignment Issues

I went and got a 4-wheel alignment today.
I was told that they adjusted the toe as much as possible, and that the caster was frozen.

I am running Neuspeed Race with AGX's. Ingalls front camber kit, and Ingalls bolts and washers in the rear.

I don't know that much about alignment, and I'm just starting to understand lowering springs and struts.
This is the print-out they gave when they were done.
So tell me what you think.

Looks like the front is within specs. But the rear toe is out. Compare the actual to the specified range.
