I put everything back on....I even double checked to make sure the rear would not fit on the front and it wouldnt...So I know for 100% now that is not the problem....Everything was put back together the way it should...and it still is sitting with that 4 finger gap...So now im wondering if the shock would have anything to do with it...Cuz im not sure but i thought the reds were supposed to have 2 mounthing perches to be able to put it on...The rear has 2 but the front only has one....I dunno but the shock is the only thing now i can think of thats causing the problem.

              Wait for em to settle?

I know KYB AGXs raise the height of a car a little bit, perhaps it's the same deal here. You should compare the stock shocks to these (although I think you already did) to see if the spring perch is higher.

Ya I did....the Koni perch is about an inch higher....but the springs are alot shorter so im stumped...I brought the springs to my neighbour (hes a mechanic) and he tested them and they checked out...So I have no idea wats goin on...I think im just gonna sell them and start brand new

and They were on maples car so I dont think they should take that long to settle...cuz theyve been sittin on my car since friday...and the rear went to the level it was supposed to basically right away.

That is definitely a strange deal you've got on your drop going on there. I'm surprised that the difference in front and back is so noticable. If you can't figure out the problem then just start over from scratch as you're planning on doing.

If it hasn't settled by now I don't think it'll get any lower. When I first installed my springs it stopped settling by the next day.

do the reds have a seat that slides over like the yellows or is it welded on?

They have a seat that slides....but on the front it could slide....but theres no where for it to slide to....the rear has 2 places....Im thinkin that if my mechanic/neighbour says that theres nuthin the matter....I might take the front apart and just weld the seat down a lil farther....I havent thought that through tho yet so more then likely that will end up bein a bad idea.

is that seat facing up or down? it should look like this pic I found on honda-tech

If it is facing up and you said the clip is about an inch higher then stock struts that might explain the height difference, but that is just a guess.

I was thinking the same thing as Blk EX Coupe. Otherwise ride on them for a little while. It took me a few months for my setup to settle. Are you using the rubber spring isolators in the rear? Are they worn? Are you running them in the front? Are they new? Do you have the nut wrenched all the way down on the top of the spring hat? I wouldn't do the reweld idea you mentioned on the shock. Koni will not warrenty it for sure if you blow them for some odd reason.

Ya i doubt very much that im gonna do that weld thing for that very reason you mentioned H23Accord....And i didnt have a silver thing like the one in the pic...It was just a little piece of metal that could move up or down onto the groves in the shock...After i get the results back from my mechanic i think im gonna just get a whole new suspension considering this has caused me major headaches...for no apparent reason...Its really annoying me considering there is no obvious reason why this is happening.
