strut bars cant remeber

ok i cant remeber if the car has to be on a lift or a load on the spring's when you put the sturt bar's on can some one help i feel dumb cause i know the awser just cant remeber thanks

im talking about both rear and front upper strut bars

raise the car up when you put the strut bars on...it will give you better results
