Have you gotten the radious rod bushings repaced yet?
Not sure if that's a cause or not but it's worth a shot a I guess. they are cheap and on the scale of 1 (being the easist) and 10 (being the hardest) I think it would be a 4-5. The hardest part I think would be the time is requiered to get the old bushings out and new ones in. Also be careful on the two bolts that attach the radius rod to the lower control arm. Soke them down with PB blaster a few hours before tackling them.
I'm currently in the middle of replaceing both axles on my car. I'm replaceing them because one of the axles was rattleing a little and the other was leaking through a pin hole in the boot. I believe the one with the hole in the boot became unbalanced from loosing the a lot (over the corse of about a year or so) of CV grease.
I'll keep you updated...
