i have had racing seats for over a year in my car but i have mounted the 4 point harnesses to the oem floor points. i was wondering if anyone has ever mounted the four point harness to those ebay floor bars? it looks like a better idea that my mounting it to the original seatbelt points... would appreciate if someone could get back to me, thanks!

You need to mount your 4 point's shoulder harness to the rear seat or to a rollcage bar level to your neck, if you get into an accident with the harnesses mounted to the floor, your harness will break your collar bone...just FYI.

would the floor bar work? i mean obviously i would attatch like some kind of harness in the back that would level it to my neck, connect my harnes to it?Comment

No you do not want to connect the harness to a floor bar, ideally the harness should be no more than 45 degrees from your shoulder line, anything more than that and you will break something, if it doesn't break your collar bone it will compress your spine and CAN kill/paralyze you, have somebody knowledgable in TRUE race cars install it AND a harness bar for you.
