Rear shock lower bolt goes through a bushing. The bolt is frequently frozen to the bushing, and the only way out is cutting the bolt heads off, and changing out the bushing. Having the bushings and bolts on hand is good fore-planning.
The pinch bolts on the fronts can give you grief as well.2003 Maxima SE Titanium Edition

make sure u have some wd-40 on hand
the lower strut bolts are a bitc* to get out sometimes because the bolts are seized in the bushing.
replace the bolts and bushings
make sure everything is tight before u drive off
if u have trouble getting the front strut out of the fork just tap on it a few times with a hammer or something. it can get stuck in there.
take your time
give the new springs/struts about 500 miles to settle out to the final ride height. you'd be surprised but sometimes up to 1.5inches can be realized.
good luck and if u need any help u know where u can turn to
