      yes sir i am certain...

i ended up poking the boots with a hypodermic needle? and filling them up with grease that way, and they were quiet for about 5 minutes till i start driving again

nope... i think its from when i changed out my clutch i had to use a pitchfork to split them up, and that ended up popping the boots

edit: the joint itself may not be bad, but its a lack of grease because the boot is popped thats making it squeak... and so rather then just replace a boot (if thats possible) i'd replace the whole thing

The ball joints on our cars are pressed in. I had to buy some early last year, but it came as a whole upper A arm assembly. It was $176 from auto zone. I don't know about the tie rods.

Maybe Ricky could chime with his suspension wisdom and come up with a cheaper solution?

rock auto sells just the ball joints if you wanna go that route.......yeah they're pressed in, but simply removing the upper control arm and taking it to someone who can press them out/new ones in won't be too bad......for both upper front ball joints i paid $120 from rock auto and they were adjustable.....fuck, haven't even installed them yet either, just gonna sell them with the car
