Bushing Kit install help

i just baught the Energy Suspension Hyperflex Master Bushing Kit. Does any one have that? and can u tell me if its easy to do it myself, or just let a shop do it? Thanks

There are many bushings which will require the use of a press but I would recommend doing most of it yourself. Do everything you can by yourself and take your control arms and the remaining control arm bushings to a shop with a press and have them press your old ones out and put your new ones in.
