Sqweeking

I have a 1991 Honda Accord LX sedan and every time i turn the wheel or lean on the drivers side it sqweeks..I was told it was the balljoint but other ppl tell me its the strut/shock so does anyone know for sure that it is?

I imagine it would be the ball joint. My left side squeaks as well. The ladies love it.
