uncle el: if you want a lower profile tire & forged wheels but live in downtown.. I don't suggest you going with 18's like black92accord (not that it doesn't look nice) because it doesn't fit ur purpose. I'd go like 17" rims with either 205/45 tires or 215/45, both won't mess with your speedometer ...keeping overall wheel diameter in tolerance. (the 215/45 R17 is on the edge, but works).
believe it or not, but 225/35 R18 like black92accord has is almost exact same overall wheel diameter as stock....just sidenote I noticed...just a harsh ride on such low profile tires
FYI: I have not seen yet around here a table comparing different tire/rim setups and how they compare with your stock setup in terms of differences, etc.
I made a pretty cool table up in Excel I'll share with y'all. When I get home I'll do it up aight.

thanks for the info. don't think i'd go w 18s anyway since the price of the tire goes up significantly (to me at least)
yea, i just noticed that today...215/40 I think are the highest on 17's for our Accord to retain overal wheel diameter within tolerance...let ya know fo sho lata
