i have the solid strut bar i think it 35mm or somthing works fine its an improvement with stearing response and what not but i only paid like 20 bucks each for them so for the price i paid i was happy. your gonna get the same results out of an name brand ones as you will out of generic brand. oh stay away from the ones with the wholes in the bar, and its a mugen lip if that what you where askingcb7 sold

I have the front and rear STB in and at first I just had the front one...noticed a decent amount of stiffness but as soon as I put in the rear STB I noticed it likes to "hug" corners. It feels like the rear likes to snap back after the turn. I got pics too if you wantNo more cb7, 7 years of ownership and 196K on the ticker before she was sold

i've heard that having a rear upper strut doesn't really help on our cars. i proved this to be true when i installed one. i couldn't even tell the difference. the major suspension component i'd highlight is the rear sway bar. by far it is the best suspension upgrade i have done. the difference here is night and day. well that is because my car is an LX and didn't come with a stock rear sway. it's really not necessary to have a rear upper strut, or even the rear lower tie for that matter. but i know every little bit helps, if it even helps at all. the front one is definitely needed though.

Agreed. The front is a must but the rear is basically just completing it. After doing a couple of e-braking turns i noticed also that once i let off the e-brake the rear grips hard. Its also a nice piece to add to your collection of mods. Get an el cheapo one off ebay and you'll be fine, but i did have alot of trouble with fitment issues with my rear STB. I think i paid like $15 shipped tho so it was worth itKnowledge is power...in EVERY sense of the word

i had the front but not the rear. i can pull into a corner good but exiting at high speed the back end pulled out, thats why the rear one and the lower one are needed at least to balance it out.
i loved it, but i got irritated at fast speeds that my cars rear end didnt want to hold up. so i sold it.
to have none or to have them all is the key.
and they sell sets for a good price. What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.
You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

Yeah I picked one up from HAccord91 for like 35 with a set of rotors
I noticed a difference the rear doesnt roll as much. As off right now its the first aftermarket upgrade I've done to the car, I ordered a front one of ebay and I'm still waiting on it.
My next upgrade will be tighter sway bars front and rear.
Since my car is an LX with no moonies (Power moonroof) I'm
thinking of tricking the switch into control my fog lights..either that or I'll use the cruise control switch since mine doesnt work anymore.(Who needs that when you've got a manual haha) so I'm experimenting with the idea and I'm basically gafting switchs from other CB7s in the bone yard (R.I.P ) and testing them out with the extra harnesses I get.Henry R
