springs usable with stock struts that aren't pro-kit..

ok so i been searchin around and stuff, and i was just wondering if anyone knows of any other brand of springs besides eibach pro-kit or H+R OE sport springs that claim to work fine with stock struts.

basically just wondering if theres any other obscure makes out there that are similar.

please don't answer with the following responses :

    1. "well you can use any springs with stock struts the ride will just be harsh and you'll blow the struts faster" < obviously.

    2. "don't buy those pro-kits anyway cuz they wont lower yer car much" < i'm aware of that.

    thank you

    Neuspeed Sofsport.

You could always cut a coil or two out of your stock springs

I think Progress makes springs that don't drop much. I want to say there's a Tokico one too...

Neuspeed/H&R Sports, Sprint Blues, Vogtland, GC coils, Tein H and S techs, Tanabe DF/GF/NF210s...

I've been on stock shocks dropped IN CRAPPY ROAD NYC for about a year now and I've had no problems. It's mainly an issue of having a soft spring rate...if you keep the fronts under ~5.5kg/mm or 300#/in, and the rears below 3.5kg/mm or 200#/in, your shocks should be fine up to like a 3" drop, and the ride won't be bad at all. It's a little clunky and it definitely could be better, but it's definitely not unbearable. I'm probably gonna get some 350/175# Hypercoil coilover springs next and see how that goes...

whats' the spring rate on H+R sports? i actually have some sitting here, and i'm sorta on a budget, so i was thinking of just going with stock struts for awhile or maybe buying some Fresh Monroe Gas struts to go with them, i have a feeling they will last for quite awhile.
