In the market for new springs

Right now I have Neuspeed Race springs and they seem to be a little to stiff for the streets I drive on a daily basis. I like the drop with them cause I have about a 2 finger gap all the way around with 17s but just to stiff, and im not planning on taking it to the track so comfort is more important. Is there a spring out there that will give me the 2-2.5 inch drop but have a softer ride? Let me know if you guys have any suggestions.

i used to have suspension technique/speedtech springs. 2ish drop. very smooth ride. i would say they had a stockish feel with better handling.

      Right now im looking at:
      Eibach sportline
      Tein S-Tech
      H&R Sport
      Skunk 2 lowering springs
      Dropzone lowering springs
      Suspension Techniques Speedtech springs
      Sprint 2.5 Springs
      Tanabe DF220 springs
Or maybe something else. Just want something with a nice drop and a softer ride then my race springs.

I had Tanabe DF210's for a while...nice springs. A little stiffer than stock but not stiff enough to require new shocks. The front was higher than the back but other than that they're not bad.

Truthfully though right now I'm at the point where I'm fed up with springs...I'm getting Hypercoil 8" springs from www.eshocks.com, rated 300#/in in front and 200#/in in the back. For $220+ shipping that's hard to beat, and I can keep the stock shocks...now I just need sleeves and I'll be good to go.

Yeah but will the koni's make that much of a difference or would I be better off just geting new springs instead of a new 4oo dollar set of shocks.

                That setup sounds fucking ***!!!!

Oh wait a minute, your old setup is on my car.

                LOL

Seriously though, my shit rides smoother than the stock suspension did.

P.S. I've got the AGXs as well.

Yeah but how does your car sit with those springs. I mean i love the way it sits just cant stand the super stiffness and feeling every little bump in the road.

The difference going from AGX to Koni with those springs is night and day. MRX has your setup and has ridden on mine. Hondafan81 also will vouche for the konis. It is a night and day difference. My car rides softer than stock at full soft.

Also, the skunk2 springs sit the car about the same height as the neu race...but the skunks are stiffer. Also the H&R sport are similar to the Neu. sport...not the same...but similar. The drop was not as low but the ride was good with AGX.

There is a guy here in GA that is on this forum selling his konis if you decide to go with used. Otherwise I got mine from Koni. You could probably find someone doing a group buy or something on Konis on some sites if nothing else. Just depends on what Konis you want. I have the Neu. version but there is also the regular Koni yellows.

I have heard about the two different koni's. The only difference is that the nuespeed ones have 5 perch levels instead of 3. Is this the only difference?
