    Struts?

OK guys like most of you where when you where still riding at stock hight, You really want to lower you car, Now i am ordering either Sprint 2.25" springs or Tenzo 2.25" springs and i really want to put them on my car for now but NOT on the stock struts.. I eventually want to get some Tokico's or KYB AGX's but i don't have the cash SO, I was wondering if it is possible to ride with some Tokico Blue's or KYB GR2's for now until i save the cash for the better struts (Possibly a few months down the road), Let me know what you guys think. I mean i know the Blue's and GR2's are OE replacements but i was thinking they will be good for a few since they are new and better..

What I think, is that it's a waste of money to purchase shocks and struts you already know won't work well, and for long, with a car that low.

Buying the Blues or GR-2s now will only make you wait that much longer for proper shocks and struts, spending more money in the long run and make you have to do the same install all over again. Think about what you're contemplating.

go with the gr-2's!!!! those things are tough as shit. it will be a little bouncy since u r only going for a mild drop 2-2.75in after settling. the agx's will be able to handle that drop better....but if u go with a bigger drop the gr's will b eyour hero.

4.xx inch drop on gr-2's for over 40,000miles and not one has blown. i am proff that these "oem" replacement struts are great! even the crappy oem struts lasted well over 30k miles and they didn't blow either. all depends on how low u go. the lower the better. the higher u r the better struts u will need to get!
