Ive done that before, ask cisco

If it does it at all speeds, thats probably what happened. If the shop forgot to tighten the lugs, I'd go have a word with them. I had a shop do that before when getting tires, of course they wouldnt admit up to it.

Lmao...yea, that was funny when you called and we went through like everything possible that it could be (15-20min of talking) and then you were like....hmmm, could it be because I just finger tightened the lug nuts?? I felt like smacking you!

I'd have more than just a word if a shop didn't tighten up the lug nuts, more like ass kickin! I'd rather have them run them all down with a gun overtorqued than leave them loose. Then again, I don't trust them and just drive it home..back them off a bit and retorque them all as soon as a job was done by them.

well guys! thanks! its Eycee again reporting for updates...nope its not the lugs, nope its not the rims, the tires was well balance when i got the other (used tire was stored in my storage rom for at least a year) tire mounted on..the inflation was the right preasure..what happened was that i think the tire was old enough to (slightly)deteriorate that it formed a bump on the surface of the tire..i checked the wheel well for some clearance issue and it does affects the clearance issue..i checked the tire looking from the rear and noticed that there is a bump(lump??) on my tire....but yeah thanks for the suggestions/opinion/comment/HELP,ADVICE,etc....
