Who has good struts , with a good warrenty?

    Hi ,

I'm looking into KYB GR2 struts now.. since i keep blowing out struts in the front every month I'm trying to find something with a warranty.

i have a good 3 inch drop on wepon-r coilover sleeves and i want to make sure this time i have a warranty to replace the struts if they fail. i was reading on the website for the KYB GR2 and it said " Limited Lifetime "

do you think they cover with warranty if they blow due to coil over setup?

does any one have any ideas of what brand to go for , if i need a warranty that would cover this kind of damage?

    any help is appreciated

I dont have KYB, but I have tokiko's im not sure on the warranty since I've never had to use it sorry, they have been on the car for over 4 years with no problems at all.

No coilovers but im running them with eibach sportline springs the ride height is right where I like it doesnt scrape over speed bumps if you go slighty slow, its a really smooth ride and handles pretty awsome.

man, the KYB AGX are only warranted for a 1.5" drop, the gr2 are just pushin it.

hahaha ok no strut warranties that i have ever seen cover blown struts from COILOVERS. and gr2 is wonderful....only difference with gr2 and agx is the adjustability. and how do u keep blowing struts with only a 3in drop????? hmmmmmmm have a 4.4-4.5in drop and had them on stock struts for over 40,000 miles and no blown struts. and the gr-2's has lasted me well over 31,000miles. and the ride is great to tell u the truth. when i raised my car back up to stock (for inspection), the ride was real rough but when i put it back down omg it was like perfect. and i live in NH of all places=pot hole heaven for a 3in drop i'd say gr-2 or if u want adjustability go for agx! koni is also good.

koni will rebuild the strut without questions asked, and send it back to you. if you don't have koni yellows, then you don't know.

I'm riding on skunk2's w/ tokico blue's. The ride isn't that great due to the fact that skunk2's are very stiff.

koni yellows has the best warranty you'll find

kyb agx is the runner up

the rest are just typical 1-2 year warranty stuff...i could be wrong but don't really care lol
