Got my DF210s in...basic review

I took this from my AD review...

Well I finally got all the springs in, and I must say I'm pretty pleased, but not impressed or ecstatic. The front two were easy as pie; and after a while I figured out how to disassemble the spring/shocks without the compressor (have a homie step on the bottom end, and loosen it while it's pointing away from you), so they went fast. The backs were a bitch strictly when I had to line up that bottom hole; that alone took me about an hour. The install went pretty well though.

As far as the looks/ride/handling, it's pretty low, but more in the rear than the front which really sucks; I have the 'New Nissan' drop. Hopefully it'll settle to a reasonable height in front and at least be even all around. In any case it's prob. a no finger gap in the back and maybe a 1.5 finger gap in front; I have 195/65R15's.

It rides about the same as before with the same floatiness. I think these springs might be SOFTER than stock- I went over some series of undulations I always go over, and I think I either bottomed out or these springs are def. softer, as it was almost violent. Other than that and some increased noise and choppiness over construction-type bumps, it pretty much rides the same and is def. liveable for a daily driver.

All in all I recommend these springs for anyone looking to make their Accord look better without killing their ride or spending a fortune. They're def. not for the track or parking lot racer though. I'm really hoping the fronts settle to a lower height...I'll have some pics in the next few days.

So yeah, that about says it all...I'm gonna take some more pics tomorrow, the ones I have now aren't that great; it def. transformed the look of the car. I'm officially living the Honda life.

are the DF's lower than the NF's? what are you on now?

Right now I'm on ~300# sleeves in front and the DF's in the rear...

The DF's are Tanabe's lowest springs...but they designed them for the 94-95 Accord, so the front is like 1" higher. It's a liiiittle lower than a Neuspeed Sport drop...but mAd 3xcluziv, YO!!! Nah...they're decent springs though, and they come with bumpstops and stickers and all that.
