Damper adjustment on Koni Yellow SP3

I was searching around (namely the sticky thread), I see that I can adjust the damper on my struts. My question is would this rid the bouncy feeling I get when I hit bumps and such, and when I say bouncy it feels rather soft upon hitting the bump if you will.

    Thanks in advance.

Your koni yellows should have came with a "knob" to adjust the damper. There is a little notch on top of the strut. Pop the knob in the notch and turn right for more stiffness and turn left for more softness. If you have no knob, you can improvise by using pliers or other tools

Don`t be afraid to play with your knob, despite what your mother told you..lol

What springs/coilovers sleeves are you running?

Like stated, a white knob comes with the Koni`s to adjust them.

A pair of needle nose vise grips will work well. I usually turn my dial 1/4" turn at a time if you are trying to "fine tune" your suspension.

Won't the springs' spring rate have more of an effect on what he's describing than the damping ratio of the strut?
