Quick camber kit question

Today I got the ingalls camber kit which goes for about $60. It came with two of them.. This is only enough for one wheel, isn't it? Once I got the upper control off and I kind of looked at it in dumbfoundment and realized that I needed four of them.. At least I think.. Is there a way to can only install one of them on each front upper control arm? Or will I need another kit?

You need 2 anchor bolts for each side.
