I need new struts on my 91SE, so I'm wondering what kind can I use? What year accords or preludes match ours and can I use them from a Acura Legend or not? I just need to replace the front 2 right now and I don't need aftermarket struts, I wanted to stay OEM.

Some say CD5 struts work as well.
Chances are the struts you get from another used vehicle will be blown and the springs just as worn as yours.

If you are going to a junkyard, most of those cars will most likely have replaced struts. Get some oe replacements new. It's worth the money, 90-93 accord safely will fit and 94-97 as well.Comment

I'm going to get new struts, I just wasn't sure if I could use Legend struts or not. I'll stick to the 91SE struts, though. Thinking about going with MOOG, since everything else I replaced was with MOOG.Comment

Just get KYB Gr-2s, found a good deal on Ebay for $200.
Had mine with 2" drop springs, rode great.Comment

dude if you need struts,go to your local part store.new oem replacements are like $20 a piece.thats about the same price you would pay a used one at the j yard.Comment
