that was only for the front and i have rear disks stock so i didnt do anything about the rear except swap the disks over to slotted and cross drilled as well. you have an ex so im sure you have rear disks, so you dont have to worry about that either. your cost could be cheaper for the rotor over hub depending on the price you get the parts for and if you want bigger rotors or not.

If you would like some an upgrade get
The wagon caliper bracket (forgot the number maybe t-23 or t-25)
Get some wagon or legend brembo slotted rotors ( they are the biggest you can fit under stock rims 11 inches)

What cars can I get the calipers off of?
          Hub? 92-96 prelude or 97-99 2.2/2.3cl correct?
Is changing the master cylinder a must? becuase I just changed mine 2-3k ago.
For bigger rotors what options are there?
These should bolt onto the factory suspension and axle with no problems?
Now what if I wan't rotor over hub in the rear? Can I just pull the same things off of the same cars?

Sorry for all the questions but I figured I'd throw em all out while I had someone answering them instead of going through the trouble of searching a bunch of threads for an answer to one

ok, this is what i got:

93 prelude vtec calipers with brackets (23t)
93 prelude vtec cross drilled / slotted brembo rotors
            98 acura cl 2.3 hubs
            stock wheel bearings
93 prelude vtec brake master cylinder (optional)

the rear is already rotor-over-hub if you have rear disks if im not mistaken...last time i resurfaced my rotors they were simple to take off....and you dont have to change the master cylinder, i did cuz it was already gone so i upgraded to the larger prelude one. everything will bolt right on to the stock suspension with no problems.
