I got mine from StreetRays in Austin. Their eBay store will accept $554 as a best offer. They shipped to my house within 48 hours of ordering, although I do live somewhat near them (~200 miles). Their customer support for questions has sucked but I can't speak to the others aspects of their support.

Ebay is actually quite safe. You're protected through ebay, paypal, and your credit card company if you pay that way.

Still, Robear seems to have a good reputation.

You can give Weksos a call. Just call to order and tell them your a member of honda-tech (even if your not they won't ask you to prove it) and they'll sell it to you 550 shipped

I know F&F has had a very good reputation, and not a single member here has had a problem that I'm aware of... but for a reseller to be able to sell a full set for $550 shipped... and F&F to still make a profit... that REALLY scares me! I simply do not understand how they can make a quality product, using quality materials and quality labor, and sell it at such a low price. You can't even buy a full set of Koni Yellows shipped for that price!

I've said that to myself many times over so when i was getting coiolvers for my coupe i paid more than that for a used set of Tein SS because i trusted them more. Either way, i know many people that own FnF coilovers that loves them and has no issue.

Selling coilovers isnt no different than any other form of commerce, flood the market with similar quality product with a lower price than your competitors and you will make money.

I'd give em a shot if the made them for the celica not much is out there for the 94-99 FWD's. Heard nothing but good, but most of the coil overs people run on there cb's are made as cheap as possible over seas to begin with.

Yeah, I'm not understanding your reasoning behind that comment... Risky? Too much money involved? What?

Ebay is pretty safe to buy from, not to mention that seller has 99% positive feedback and offers free shipping... Thats a pretty good deal regardless.

ebay is one of the safest ways to buy online, as long as you're smart about what you're buying. "too good to be true" usually is. Their buyer protection is great, though... as well as protection through paypal, and protection through your own credit card company. There's not much safer than ebay. The only real risk is that of buying damaged used goods, or knockoff items passed off as the real deal. International sellers often seem to get away with scams, lose their account, and resurface with other accounts. US sellers are much more regulated.

I bought my F&F type 1s for my coupe from Weksos. Customer service was terrible, Pretty sure only one guy was running the shop at time

But I did get mine the in mail as promised. I paid full retail for them too, over $600 with shipping. They do ride great, and I havn't had a single problem with them. The car is quite dumped too...
