    H+Rsport + camberkit = Control arm issue?

ok i have some H+R sports on the way...( 1.75 f drop ) and i'll be picking up a camber kit...

now i've been reading about the "control arm issue" when it hits the fender on hard bumps... i'm wondering if i'll experience that or not with this setup of 1.75" front drop..

anyone with this setup please lemme know

    thanks

u shouldn't have any problems what so ever with a 1.8 even a 2in u shouldn't...i dropped mine 3.5 and i had some slight tissues with huge bumps but not that much. just be careful not to go 50mph over speed bumps.

there won't be a problem i droped my ride 2" and i haven't had a problem yet just be careful that the bump isn't to deep or it well hit hardcore. But the lower you get your car. You will notice you can take the cures faster. I got Skunk2 coilovers but i need a camber kit anybody selling one for a 93 accord or know where i can get one?

I'm almost done installing my H&R sport springs with KYB AGX shocks, so I'll let you know the verdict. I already put in the fronts and there's still a pretty big gap so I doubt the control arm would rub or hit anything. I did a little test drive when i finished the fronts too and the ride was more smooth than my stock shocks.. I had my AGXs set to 2 (which is medium stiffness) and I felt it was a bit too soft for me. BTW, my accord looks like yours haha. Same color, year, model

I don't think i'll even need a camber kit. With less than a 2" drop, the wheel alignment shop should be able to correct the camber without a kit.

OK, I've got Dropzone coilovers with KYB gr-2's and I don't know if my answer will help your question but my car is now dropped all around about 3 inches. My tires are 215/35/18. Although the ride is kinda bouncy, the camber kits up front did NOT make the upper control arm hit the fender wall. So you should be fine.

Couldn't of been done without you guys

honda has no factory camber adj...

when you get a alignment let them know that the aarms will hit the unibody if there adjusted out to far, to prevent any probs. (mostly on excesive drops)
