so i got the ebay coilover springs. the 25 dollar ones. i know they arent the best quality but whatever. theyre giving me problems. i got the front 2 installed with no problem. but the back 2 dont seem to be setting up right. when i reinstalled the strut/coilover assembly the spring/strut was loose in the wheel well. the spring was not even compressed. there was like 3-4 inches of space between the top of the strut and the top of the spring. help please.

***. i had to buy a new monroe strut cuz the the top of the strut where the allen wrench goes snapped. so i gotta grind it, take the top off and put it on my new one. so will they work?

i fixed my problem. bought a new strut and the rear coils are fine. they seem a little short at first but then i compressed the strut and its all good. pics posted tomorrow. :-D pray for sun

Yeah I learned the hard way about the cheap noname coilovers. Had the same problem and used them on stock struts for 6 months until my car got smashed.
You can't go cheap on suspenstion. Or it will be all shit
