so i have skunk 2 coil overs on my tokico blues and i have a system in the back that ways a whole lot so my back end bounces around so bad. Just wondering what I can do to decrease the bouncing. Should I put adjustable struts on or switch out springs?

yup its true, the spring rates that i have from skunk are 560lb/in, EXTREMLY STIFF!!! go get some hypercoil springs for a replacement or Eibach ERS.
this is pretty nice, 300lb/in 8"x2.5" perfect size too. btw, hypercoil springs are used in race cars like nascar.

make sure the new springs you buy (if you go this route) have the same dimensions as the skunk2 springs (inner diameter and length)...you can opt to go with a slightly longer spring if you like but too long is no goodFor Sale:
itr mid pipe = $80 + shiping
tr injen sri $80 + shipping
(2) Eibach ERS 600x2.5x600 = $80shipped in US

they don't have to be the same length...but try to get within the vacinity of whatever springs your using..usually 8 inch is what i see many people/companies using...
inner diameter is more important because if that's off by a little your springs are uselessFor Sale:

skunk2 have a 2.5" inner diameter, and i think 8" is perfect, a lil too low if u're not using koni yellows.
on my koni yellows, i had to move the c-clip all the way to to top so the highest level on the sleeves were where i wanted it to be. (yea i know doesnt make sense..)91 4DR Accord LX White Auto
