So you've been searching and can't find a cheap, yet safe enough suspension setup and your budget is $600.....blah blah blah.....well this is here to help you out on your quest.
Here is what i have gathered on this cheap and reliable setup. First off let me say, and its all over this site that, YOU SHOULD NOT LOWER YOUR CAR ON STOCK SHOCKS AND/OR CUT YOUR STOCK SPRINGS!!!!!!!!!!
This setup is a street/sport setup that will aid in restoring handling and make your car perform better than ever.
Koni STR.t orange shocks are the cheapest aftermarket PERFORMANCE shocks out there period..it doesn't get any cheaper than these for both performance and safety... and they have a limited lifetime warranty!
Shocks:
Front left, quantity: 1
http://import.neuspeed.com/174/2/0/2...ront-left.html
Front right, quantity: 1
http://import.neuspeed.com/174/2/0/2...ont-right.html
Rears, quantity: 2

Springs:
The neuspeed sport springs are the best bang for your buck on springs, and are perfect for these shocks. I even called and talked to a rep at neuspeed and he confirmed that they are a perfect match.
Neuspeed sport springs:

This adds to a total of: $450.87
Also you're going to need 2 new rear lower strut bushings. This is just an example; you can find these at your local parts store for about $15-$20 a piece.

...And here is a diy made by yours truly on replacing them:

Now that the setup part is over you need to get an alignment. After the alignment, as long as you rotate your tires at regular intervals(every 3k miles), you shouldn't need a camber kit.
Thanks for reading, have a nice lowered day, and happy pot hole dodging!!
