The first link is the Tein S-tech, the second link the Tein H-tech. The S-tech offers a lower drop, 2.1''F and 1.7''R. The H-tech is, I believe, 1.5''F and 1.3''R. Their springrates are nearly identical, so it only depends on how low you want to go.

I have S-tech springs paired with KYB GR-2 shocks in the front, and Koni STR.T shocks in the rear. After 10,000 miles of this setup, I highly recommend instaling a set of Koni STR.Ts all around. The KYB shocks are feeling worn out already, but the Koni shocks are just as stiff as they were when they were first broken in. I absolutely recommend this setup.

Koni STR.T shocks are among the cheapest, high-quality shocks we can buy for our cars. When I bought my set, it retailed for $60/shock. The other cheap-o, KYB GR-2, is $70/shock, and is an inferior product.

Exactly. The Koni STR.t is the best shock in its price range for the CB7 hands down. Considering the prices are about the same, its basically retarded to buy the GR2 or Tokico blue over the STR.t. Koni just makes a better product.

Try the websites the other members have mentioned...

                          http://import.neuspeed.com/174/0/0/0...cord_4cyl.html

Click on the Koni STR.T left-front, right-front, and 2x rear shocks, an you have all four shocks TOTAL for about $250.
