those are good all-seasonal tires. yokohamas in general make great tires anyway. but about the rims, if they are 17x7.5, i'd recommend a tire size of 215/40/17. and if your cb7 isn't slammed to the floor, even 215/45/17 will fit nicely to fill some fender gap and at the same time, the slightly thicker tires will protect the rims too.

even with a 17x7 rim, i'd still go with 215/40/17s or 215/45/17s. with that drop, you're not too low, so these tires sizes will fill in the gap nicely

          for a 17 inch wheel, i always recommend a 215/45/17... if not that, then a 215/40/17... i'd only go with a 205/40/17 as a last resort.

they 205/40 is not going to be as wide, as well as thinner, which means it will look mostly like rim... with a drop of 0.75 inches will make your car look higher than it sits now. a 215/45 will fill the gap nicely, as well as protect the rim itself much better.

a 225/40 tire will have approximately the same sidewall as a 215/45 tire

i used to have 215/45/17. and being lowered as little as you are, itll still leave you with alot of gap. but like mentioned, a thicker sidewall will give your wheels more protection.
