suggestions on taking off coil over from shock

hey im switching my stock shocks with some tokico blues, and i cant get my coil over thing off. it is connected to the shock by 3 allen bolts. they are stuck on like anything. not coming off at all. ive tried heating it up, spraying that rust stuff that lets you undo bolts all over it, and still nothing. i tried to get those allen ratchet things, but the smallest the parts store has is 4 mm, and i need a 3mm. SOMEONE HELP ME!!!

yeah i had the same problem those little allen wrench things are a bioch when they rust. Just cut them somehow.

You are probally going to want to drill them out
