As Losiracer stated, the Progress IS the biggest and hugs the car away from the exhaust the best. The ST may not rub with some exhausts but I think you're better off in the long run with the Progress. The Progress mounting setup is superior to others also.
you are right, just like when civic owners upgrade to 23mm rear itr rear sway.same concept.
