I searched and didn't find any real info about 4x100 lug swaps. With my prior brake research I found out the accord uses the same brake spacing as the civic/integras. I figured the rear hub probably has very similiar specs. So while I was messing with my Integra today I took a rear hub off to compare.
Hub height is the same. Inner bearing diameter is the same. The outer flange diameters are different since most Honda hubs are outer hubcentric and the rotor diameter between the cars are different. The inner hub is the smaller 56.1 on the Integra vs 64.1 for the Accord. The rotor mounting bolt patterns are also narrower on the Integra.
The Integra hub went right on the accord spindle and bolts up identical. The accord and Integra both use the same older nut and washer combo. I didn't have an Accord or EP3/rsx rotor to test so I used the Integra rotor to check rotor offset. The Integra 9.4" rotor is dead center in the accord caliper bracket.
I have know idea about the front yet, but at worst a little machining to match a hub to the accord bearing. The axle outer will need to be swapped to a 26 spline since I can't find a 4x100 Honda that uses a 28 spline. The ROH CL front hub can also be redrilled to 4x100 since it is solid
And for those who wonder why waste time with 4x100. I have two other cars that are 4x100 to swap around wheels with. My 5 lug car doesn't run smaller than a 19" wheel with a much bigger tire and those won't work on the Accord.
