you will need a 5th gen upper control arm b/c the ball joints on the 4th gen do not detach from the arm
Thanks for letting me know that now. I'd be pissed if i pulled everything off then found out i cant take it off.

How hard is it to press in the ball joint on the 5th gen upper control arms?

Alright guys....I have the prices for the SPC camber kit they are as follows:

      Front Ball Joints: $190.00

Rear Camber Kit (Not Ball Joints) : $136.00

Please Note: Price does not include shipping. VA residents add 5% Sales Tax.

The Sprint Kit is around the same pricing as the SPC. I'm all out of Ingalls so I didn't price it. Let me know if you need anything else guys.

That doesn't sound like a good idea... Anyone remember what caused soy's car to lose control? I believe it was control arm failure!

SPC sounds like a good idea, though replacing the ball joint (as I just said in a previous thread) seems kinda scary to me. I'm afraid that taking the stock joint out to replace it with the SPC piece might compromise the integrity of the control arm. If not, then I'll probably get them!

i shaved my control arm down some and nothing ever happened to me knock on wood just shave it enough until it had more clearance away from the inside of the fenderwell its usually the near the balljoint at the tip towards the rear of the tip of the joint

Anyone have an opinion on the camber kits from Progress Technology? I might pick this up since It's on special at a local tuner shop.

Someone here has Progress stuff. They said it's quality (which I don't doubt) but there are only like 2 settings for adjustment. If they have them at the shop, take a good look and understand how they work. If it looks like something you would want, then grab them! I personally wanted more adjustability (since I could get a complete 4 corner Progress set for like $180). I just invested in some Dropzone pieces for now... I'll eventually upgrade to something better, like SPC, but they'll do for now!
