I ran my ITRs on factory studs with a 6.3mm spacer and i ran into issues. I dont remember how many turns of the lugs i got, but lets just say they didnt even get me to Chicago and back before the lugs stripped. Old lugs? Maybe, but id rather be safe than sorry.

There's nothing wrong with shaving your caliper. To each his own, but im just not the type of person to go shaving off parts of my brake components. The studs are like $60 and you can still maintain the use of your OEM, open-ended lugs. As mentioned, you'll just need a 19mm deep socket and either a breaker bar or a good torque wrench.

You would also need hubcentric spacers or hubcentric rings to have the wheel seat properly. Otherwise, you'll end up like me, and have a shakey ride on the highway.

That was ultimately the reason I ditched the spacers and went with shaving the calipers.

Just make sure whatever you get is hubcentric to your application

The only spacer they have that states it's hubcentric is the TRAK spacer with built-in studs.

They have other spacers but they dont say whether or not theyre hubcentric.

i would not shave the rims because that means that you will always have to use the rims in the front no matter what, i usually rotate my tires so unless you are going to shave all four rims....
this is what i got when i had my itrs

I dont know if my spacers are hubcentric or not. A local shop gave them to me.

The ones you linked look good, but i dont need the studs, lol.

IDK, I would go with shaving the caliper. The part ur shaving is pretty solid, I don't see shaving a bit off as very detrimental. Plus its free to do. With extended studs u have to replace the original studs (which isn't too fun removing hubs and whatnot) and on top of that throw spacers in. Plus even tho the rears don't need the spacer or extended studs, u have to debate whether or not to throw the studs in there anyways so ur rears match the fronts. Shaving just seems the better way to go, IMO.

Most of H&R's spacers are hubcentric. The easiest way to find what you need is to call them and state your application. They should be able to find what you need.

Left: Hubcentric (Notice the protrusion which acts as an extension of the hub)
                    Right: Non-hubcentric

The driveline isn't designed to have the wheel supported by the lug studs. Rather, the wheel rests on the hub ring and the lug studs merely keep the wheel from sliding out. By using a non-hubcentric spacer, you put added pressure on the lug studs and the wheel has no fixed point in the vertical direction. As such, at high speed you will experience some vibration.
