I dont know how common the wheels you have are but maybe put your spare tire on one corner and keep the 4th wheel at home. Its not a real solution but at least make it less worth it for the thief if he can't get all four wheels.

not really common at all in my area. ITR wheels, I'm pretty sure I'm the only one in my town that are rocking these. But I'm sorry man, I'm not gonna be riding around on three ITR wheels lol. I'll just get wheel locks on all each stud lol.

haha, then the person next to me can get pissed, and slam his door into my car, or they back out and hit my car, then run.

I know this thread is old, and my typing a response is most likely a waste of time, but I would run a few different style/brand locks on each wheel. I do that with all my vehicles that have aftermarket/nice wheels. It might be a pain in the ass to use 2-3 different keys on each wheel to take them off, but its worth it in the long run.

for my malibus I have nice OEM and aftermarket wheels but I also have a set of steelies with decent tires on them for when i leave the car at a shop for a long period. i have also lent said tires/wheels to a few members of the malibu club for bodyshop purposes.

Well, everyone always says "If a thief really wants them, locks wont stop them". What exactly does this refer to?

If you have a different lock on each wheel, what can/will a thief do? I work at a dealership and we've had wheels stolen off of brand new trucks, even with locks.

                Cant have nothing nice anymore...

Different Brand/Styles of locks will slow if not stop a thief... If they are prepared for one style, they get hit with another too...

                  RUN MULTIPLE LOCKS PER WHEEL

haha, I agree on the multiple wheel locks. It will deff. slow them down. But if a thief is really dedicated to wanting my wheels they will at no risk, get them off even with multiple wheel locks. If it comes down to it, and someone does try to attempt to jack my wheels, I'm going with the multiple wheels locks lol.

Get extended lug nuts, drill holes in the ends and run some safety wire through them, or drill the holes out bigger and get some padlocks. safety wire is a pain to remove
