My car has a little front end shake when I accelerate. The guy at the alignment shop said that the cause is because the axle is bent at an extreme angle since the car is lowered. Now, I've seen accords way lower than mine, and they have no issues. So I'm assuming that there is another issue with the front end, correct? Thanks.

bad axle can be the cause but that doesnt mean it was from the car being lowered. i was dumped out and my axle was bad cause some vibration along with bad mounts. since then i have replaced mounts (esp) and both axles with brand new ones... no issues.Members Ride sold...

So I replaced the axle, issue went away for 1 day. Now it is starting to vibrate again on acceleration, but not nearly as bad. As an experiment, i lowered the car even more. Vibration go worse. I have no camber kit. Could my wheels being cambered at an angle cause the axle to bind or anything?

On another note, just because your "new" axle still vibrates does not mean that the axle isn't the problem. I've had alot, I mean ALOT, of the cheapo remans and "new (whatever)" axles from parts store be bad right out of the box. Just saying not to write of the axle just yet.My Member's Ride Thread

I'm going tomorrow to get a toe job done. Last time I went, he told me it was an axle issue, and said raise the car, then come back for an alignment. But there are lots of slammed cars with no vibration issues. So I'll just tell him I want the toe fixed, then if it still vibrates, start checking other things.
