You're really free to get whatever shocks you want, just about anything other than stock will be adequate, as the H-tech springs are still pretty soft. GR-2s will be the cheapest best bet. A koni yellow or a bilstein would perform well also though...but your damping to spring ratio might be a little...off. I would stick with a GR2 or tokico HP shock, unless you really have to have adjustability, in which case the AGX is your best(cheapest) way to go.

As for sway bars....I would say a progress rear with a stock front sway...but with spring rates that soft, I feel the progress rear bar would let the rear of the car rotate a little too much.

I would just put on a stock EX rear sway if you don't have one, and if you do, then try the suspension techniques rear sway. For the front, just replace the end links and mounting bushings with poly ones.
