Azenis are asymetric. I believe the Neo Gens are as well.

Every tire i've owned has arrows on it pointing which direction it should roll. so by just swapping the wheels to the other side would make them roll the wrong direction.

Take the tire that's on the wheel on the right, put it on the wheel to the left. Then put that wheel on the right.
