    Replacing bushings on front end

I have searched on this site and a couple of other ones along with using google and can't seem to find a how-to on replacing the bushings on the front end. It's and Energy Suspension kit. Anyone know where this might be?

I though cp mike made a thread about this...brb...searching
    *back...guess not...hmm. Found this though

not sure it that'll help you...kinda gives you an idea. Some I think will press right out...some...even with a press will not.

I know the latest edition of project car went over some stuff briefly.

If you can, take the arms out and take them to a mechanic that has a press to get them pressed out.

I used a butane torch to burn out the rubber then cut out the outer collars with a hack saw. Long, annoying process. I would do the above option if I was doing it agian. Or just buy a press. Putting the new ES bushing in is easy because there is no outer collar.

I bought extra arms from other members and had the bushings pressed out off the car to make the install easier. Only the Lower Control Arm and Anchor bolts (from the Upper control arm) need to be pressed.

If you don't have the tools you will need to pay someone to do it. It's best to go to a trusted mechanic. It wont be cheap and often they charge based on their hourly rates
