The cup kit...definitely a great choice. If I had the money and wasn't afraid of dropping that far I would have gone cup. You really can't beat Koni Yellow for affordable struts.

in my opinion something with a spring rate of 450 its ok. 650 beint the highest its for auto x. lol but some people like them. but if u wanna put everything together. 450-500 its good fro street driving and handleing. with shocks,,, always go with koni yellow. they are one of the best it can be. but if u put their price and the price of a decent coil overs then mmmmmm u better off buying a full coilover system and be done with it. u don't have to worry about anything else.
just my two cent of opinion.
