Note to self... Functions suck, wish I had omni's. =(

So I installed a set of function 2's today and I can't even lower it all the way down cause with the camber kit pushed out, it bangs over any worthwhile bump. Never happened with my ex beloved omni's. If I could go back and not buy these, I would. They are a smooth ridig set. But if you wanna dump your car and not have terrible camber, these coilovers are not for you.

I kind of know what you mean. I'm not really that low and the outter edge of my adjustable balljoints are doing serious work on the inner fender.

Just curious, but are you having trouble in the rear as well? I've noticed they seem to do pretty reasonable compared to the fronts when dumped.

no matter what coilovers you use, given enough drop, you will bang the inner fender if you have a camber correction kit..

I'd rather bang than have to worry about my tires going out in a few weeks

That's not true. I used to have the omnipower sport coilovers, 12k/10k I believe. Lowered all the way down, I never once hit the control arm or scraped tire while turning. And I also had the ball joint slid out.

                          Konis + GC

Shocks are supposed to control wheel motions... good shocks will keep ur wheels from goin up high enough to bang the UCA. FnFs...???

for the basic setups. Step up to custom Bilsteins if you want real performance.

Or pay out the ass for Koni to revalve the yellows.

F2's drop lower than the Omni's and probably the F2's you have are softer than your old Omni's..
