"Creak" when turning after doing work

I replaced all the bushings in my front end with Energy Suspension Urethane Bushings. Did the passenger side and the CV shaft first and a few weeks later replaced the driver's side bushings, the driver's side CV shaft and the lower ball joint.

The car now creaks from the front driver's side when I power in a hard turn. It sounds like something is shifting under pressure but I don't feel anything shifting or any roughness. If I drive gently, no creak.

I took out and reinstalled the driver's side CV shaft and radius rod. Checked the torque on all the other nuts and bolts. Still creaks.

Any ideas on how to fix this or what to look at next?

did you put grease on all the bushings ????

Yes, I used the grease that came with the bushings and coated everything.

If it were a bad axle/CV the sound is a sharp clicking when turning? And the clicks are evenly spaced from each other?

This creak is irregular.

I'm thinking about dousing everything down with PB Blaster but wouldn't that just quiet the creak and not solve the problem if something were loose?

Put on your thinking caps! I've spent so many hours thinking I was tightening up this frnt suspension - very frustrating to feel like it's going to fall apart after all my work.

Normally I hear that the bushings will make noise if not greases(I think silicone grease) properly but I have no other clue why this is happening but i would be pissed to hear all that noise after replacing all of them .

I just replaced all the bushings with ES poly black master kit, Koni shocks all around with the stock springs, both cv shafts, both lower BJ's, replaced the upper control arm with a junk yard arms, and new bearings.

I have no issues what so ever but that's only 4 days of driving in the city with some messed up hilly roads in San Francisco. So who knows in a few weeks.

As for the greases i didn't grease up much of the parts when i installed them. Napa installed the Lower BJ's and shock absorber bushings. I did the inner bushings and they didn't sit flush inside. I hear nothing.

But my 01 accord use to have a creak when i turn left even at slow speeds back in 2004. Turns out it was the drive shaft that needed to be replaced.

My guess your sound could be your shocks are blown or slightly blown.
