    Which struts/shocks should I get??

Im riding on sprint blues( apprx. 2.25" - 2.50" drop) along with KYB GR2(came with the car). Im more than sure that the struts/shocks are somewhat blown or on their way(which I knew would happen) and I looking for a new set to compliment my springs for a reasonable price. I am low on these springs which are annoying at times but they ride pretty good but i need shock/struts that will work good that wont bottom out all the time like I currently experience. I would get koni yellows but those are kinda price.

edit: I was checking out KYB AGXs because people say that they are drop killers which would raise me up a bit and provide a pretty good ride quality....what you guys think?

I'm looking for mostly comfort in my ride with a little performance....I only use my car as a DD (city/highway).

My first recommendation was koni yellows, but they are pricey. maybe save up and grab them in a little while. Otherwise, AGX's are good too, do have adjustability and aside from the fact that they kill the drop a little, I am sure the are fine. Maybe some tokico illumina's are another option. Any of these 3 should do ou better than the gr2's and will last longer since the gr2's are OE replacement.

I too would recommend Koni first. In your case, I'd try Tokico Illuminas over AGX.

I don't know how important the adjustability is to you, but I haven't seen anyone mention Koni reds...they're alot cheaper than the yellows, but theyre about as good, they just have to be removed from the car to be adjusted.

Thanks for all the in put guys. I thought about Koni(yellow and red) and if I do go Konithen it will be yellow because of the easy adjustability because I dont have a garage/driver where I can pull them out for adjustment whenever I want

I thought about Tokico but didnt know but I didnt know much about their line even tho I heard the blues(hp?) are pretty good. Seeing that HondaFan explained he would choose illuminas over AGX then that means something.

Honestly , I did not see any drop killing when I switched out my GR2's for AGX's. My finger gaps stayed the same like the GR2 did.
AGX's are not very stiff and not very soft. I would still choose Illuminas over AGX's anyday.

Really? I kinda want to kill my drop a little.....where I live now doenst have that mush flat roads and they are mad speed bumps in my complex which sucks because if i dont go over really slow the car bottoms out and hit the downpipe/mid pipe or whatver is hitting underneath the car( which is not good)

If you want the adjustability, and want to "kill" your drop, get the koni yellows. You can set the springs on the top perch of the shock body, so that'll probably raise you up maybe about a centimeter, which doesn't sound like much, but if you think about it, about 2.5 cm is an inch, so yeah.
