Who has Chassistech Upper control arms?

I need to know everything you know about them. Pro's/cons, do they hit the fender?, is everything included in the kit to install them? problems with them, stuff like that...I'm thinking about getting these b/c I have bad upper balljoints and I'm dropped 2" with no camber correction. Please let me know asap. thanks.

I posted this on accordingly done, and nobody seemed to have tried them. Im guessing the only way to find out is to buy a set.

                Hello Everyone,

I actually have these, I have had them since they first came out. The only problem that I have ever has with them was the ball joint popped out of the rectangular bracket that it is attached too. Chassis Tech has since solved that problem by welding the ball joint to the bracket so all the new ones should not have this problem. Although they made me pay $40 to have new ones sent out to me even though it was their design flaw.

The only other bad thing is that the price on these has gone up. I originally purchased these for $130 for the pair when they first came out. I believe they are close to $190 now. Still definately worth the money! If you figure it this way, when you get an Ingalls camber kit or SPC one they do not include a control arm, and if your car has a considerable amount of miles you will want to change out your control arms anyways since the upper ball joint is probably worn. Those will run about $100-$250 for both upper arms and that cost combined with the camber kit will cost around $300-$450.

Now for the review. I have had them for over 2 years and overall I have had no problems with them and they ride just fine. I originally had the SPC camber kits all around and they were terrible. The bushings on those dried up and they would creak and come loose. That is why I jumped at the Chassis Tech ones as soon as they became avalaible. The only thing is you will have to hammer the inside of the strut tower so that the control arm doesn't hit the inside of the tower. This is the same as everyone does for the other camber kits.

I do recommend these, so if you are having second thoughts, consider the price. Again this is just my opinion and my suggestion.
