25mm front sway bar on 93LX?

I’m getting ready to purchase the energy suspension master kit, engine torque mount, and sway bar mounts. What else do I need since I am also replacing my shocks with Tok Illumina kit. A few sites list the front sway bar body mounts as 25mm but according to energy suspension I should always measure mine. Well I tried, but not having a caliper makes it difficult to get an accurate measurement. Can anyone tell me if it is safe to assume that the 93LX has a 25mm front sway bar?

Would a 93 EX,SE rear sway bar fit on a 93 LX? It does look like its got the mounting holes for the bar on the body and holes on the trailing arm for the links. Has anyone tried this? I think the ex, se has disc and the lx ha drum brakes, so is this why it would not fit? Can't afford a ST rear swaybar right now and would like to experiment with a EX/SE rear swaybar (abt. $35 used).

    Thanks!

You can fit the EX sway bar on the LX as the 90 EX had a rear sway bar and drum brakes. However, you have to drill holes for the mounting bolts/brackets. I still have to do this when I install mine. But it is completely do-able.

Thanks for the reply. But do you really think that I have to drill holes? Becuase when I looked underneath my car there seems to be mounting holes on the body (two holes about an inch apart on left and right side) and on the trailing arms. It looks like thats where it goes but I may be wrong.

Any input on the size of the front swaybar?

      Thanks!

i was having the same problem when i was ordering my kit from pst but no one responded to it. so i called up the company and asked and they said the best way was to get aopen end wrench ( or an adjustable) measure it so it fits just right. i did it and got 23mm

I did what you suggested and I got 22mm, or a bit thicker but definitely less than 23mm. So I get a 22mm bushing right? Cause you want it to be tight not loose.

          Thanks!
