This is an ebay height adjustable spring mated to a Bilstein HD damper. I wouldn't buy it.
notice how the OEM spring perches are not being used.

I've never owned a single Megan product, so I can't speak on them for experience.
But, I have heard over the past year or so that their products are of higher quality than they used to be.
